See what a Lumen review produces

Every review ends with a structured record of the project and a register of findings, each tied to its evidence. Here’s what’s inside.

What you get from every review

  • The project record

On average, 2,000+ variables are extracted from every project, each cited to its source. Where documents disagree, the conflict is recorded.

  • The register

Every risk, assumption, issue and discrepancy, with its severity, type, evidence and full history.

  • The report

A summary of the review, built to the format your funder or credit committee uses.

  • Sign-off

A PI-backed engineer sign-off, where the deal needs one.

An example finding

The design justification says the project uses SolarEdge S1000 power optimisers. The stringing report and the optimiser datasheet both say S500B.

Both are Class II products, so the bonding exemption still holds, but the reference needs correcting before the pack goes to a funder.

Lumen raised it as a medium-severity discrepancy and cited all four documents. A reviewer then checked it against the bill of materials and added that to the item’s history.

Register item R-013: E&B justification references S1000 optimisers but the design uses S500B. Medium severity discrepancy, four evidence documents and one history entry.
