This website is run by Lumen Due Diligence Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17220116), registered office 27a Brownlow Mews, London WC1N 2LQ. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
This notice covers this website only. Data you upload to the Lumen platform at app.lumenduediligence.com is covered by your client agreement.
What we collect
- The details you give us through our contact form: your name, work email, company, the type of organisation you work for and any message you include.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange demos, send you material you’ve asked for, such as our sample report, and follow up about Lumen. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Who we share it with
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace, our email provider.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this website and so receives your IP address when a page loads.
We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@lumenduediligence.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
